The restaurant is now closed for the winter following a successful season. The Farringford Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes and attracts regular diners from across the Island. We are also in this year’s Michelin Guide. The restaurant will re-open in the spring.
Contemporary and comfortable surroundings complement the seasonal modern British menus created by our chefs. The wood-fired oven imparts an exceptional and unique flavour to many of the dishes and is sustainably fueled from trees grown on the estate. We also grow our own vegetables, herbs and salads in our kitchen garden behind the restaurant as well as sourcing Heritage varieties from around this beautiful Island. We are heavily focused on using and supporting local produce and this is reflected in the dishes we serve in the Restaurant.
During the summer the outside terrace is very popular with both self-catering guests and local residents alike. We have a carefully chosen wine list with over 35 wines and match wines with our menus.
