Justin Brown @ Farringford is a signature restaurant which aims to give a unique dining experience to the Isle of Wight. Justin has been a professional chef for 14 years and has worked with Michelin Starred chefs, celebrity chefs and has opened very successful restaurants and even has a media career himself. This restaurant is Justins food and thoughts from the last 14 years, we offer a fine dining la carte menu, 8 course tasting menus as well as a set priced lunch menu. Our menus are based around the finest local and sustainable ingredients and we also grow a vast majority of our vegetables on our organic vegetable patch. Quality is number one for us and that is why Justin choose the Isle of Wight “the produce is amazing, local fish, cheeses, wild mushrooms, sea air and we have the land here to grow all our own organic vegetables”, our plates have been made for us and brought over from Leon, France and our cutlery has been supplied by Studio William who is one of the uk’s most talented designers and has won countless awards for quality and design. We use new modern techniques as well as the more traditional and at Restaurant Justin Brown we aim to have 1 Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes within 2 years, a bold statement we know but we feel we live up to the hype. We are the first restaurant to offer a chefs table dining experience where up to 6 diners can eat in the kitchen and be served by the chefs giving you the diner an insight into a professional kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you in what we hope will be a meal and dining experience to remember.
