Seasonal Produce

Where possible, we source the best seasonal produce from the Isle of Wight. Even closer to home, in season vegetables and herbs are picked daily from our own vegetable garden.

Our suppliers include:-

  • Phillips Seafood & Smokehouse supply Justin with the finest Local and West Country Fish and Shellfish.
  • The Isle of Wight Cheese Co from the Queen Bower dairy near Alverstone. We're proud to be using only Island Cheeses in our Restaurant.
  • The Tomato Stall supplies the freshest organic produce from just around the corner in the Arreton Valley.
  • Hamilton's fine foods, a family run wholesale butchers, supplies Justin with the finest local beef from Shorwell and pork from Newchurch.
