Local Activities and Grounds

There are a myriad of local activities ranging from rambling to windsurfing. Often  we may be able to  arrange them for you at reception and , if not, we can certainly put you in touch with the right people.  So, whatever your pac,e the surrounding countryside has something for you. The grounds boast a newly resurfaced tennis court, a solar heated swimming pool, paddling pool and children's outdoor play area as well as the nine hole golf course that looks onto stunning surrounding views.

We take special pride in the gardens with a team working year round to keep them in shape.  Although the house is not accessible during this period of rennovation you can still appreciate the beauty of the countryside, largely unchanged since Tennyson drew his inspiration from it.
